Glad to hear everything's going OK. I'm a wreck when my daughter even just gets a boo boo.

Thanks all.
Mommy and patient come home this morning. I pity the wife as she gets to soak her Ph.D. brain in children's programming for the rest of the week. I assured her that she could have a promising career in food service after her brain turns to mush.

Well, there are solutions for that. Run out and buy some season sets of Fraggle Rock on DVD... kids programming that isn't as mind addled as the stuff on the air now, and at $40 a set it is a great buy. Yes, I am shilling for a mid-80s Jim Henson production -- go out and buy it now!
Glad to hear that everyone is doing fine on your end.

Thankfully, it's not commercial TV. PBS has a 24 hours kids' programming channel on HD, so we're talking Sesame Street and Caillou and Clifford and such. And we have kid-safe movies and such. But there's only so much of that you can take.

Aahh...Sprout (the PBS kids channel), that and Nick are the only two channels my TV seems to be able to get these days. Some are OK (hell, I like Spongebob) but I shudder every time I'm forced to watch Teletubbies and I run screaming from the room if BoohBah comes on.
Glad everyone's doing OK!

I actually kinda like BooBah - it's very mellow. But then it's usually on (here) at the crack of dawn, so that might have something to do with.
The only thing really annoying about Teletubbies is they do everything twice.
Dragon Tales, on the other hand, now that's annoying.
Other than a serious case of cabin fever, recovery is coming along nicely.

I apologise that we the peoples of the United Kingdom exported TELETUBBIES! Argh!
Still I am not sure we forgive you for BARNEY!
I like spongebob! Like Ren and Stimpy for kids!
